My 5 stars is purely the way they handled the situation. When I received my paddle, I noticed some obvious marks on the rim plus a faint and muddle sound when I moved the same. I immediately emailed them, and even though I went back to my country after receiving the paddle, their team got in touch and wanted to replace my paddle no matter where in the world I was. I am still waiting for the paddle but kudos to the way this situation was handled!

Perfect blend of control and power with unmatched feel. Also happens to be the best looking paddle on the market.
If I had to pick a single paddle to play with over any others it would be the pulse S or V. Both have great feel off the face that is plush and has good dwell but enough power to never feel lacking.
